Lost or Delayed Packages
Smith’s Men’s Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Smith’s Men’s Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
